What people ask first about dashboards.
Do I need technical skills to build a dashboard?
No. You drag widgets onto a canvas, click each one to pick its data, and save. Most people have their first dashboard live in under an hour.
How many dashboards can I have?
As many as you need. Build one per focus, like business development, sourcing or your quarter end, and pick the one that fits your day from your home view. Your library of dashboards is easily accessible through the Reports page, and your most used ones can be called up on the Home page.
Can I share a dashboard with my team?
Yes. Depending on your permissions, you can create “Workspace” dashboards that everyone in your team has access to, and anyone can create “Private” dashboards that are only visible to the user who made them.
Can I create restricted dashboards for sensitive data?
Yes. When creating a dashboard, only people with the rights to the data can query it. Simply checks your permissions before it counts anything, and a widget you are not cleared for stays empty instead of showing half a total. This prevents lower-level employees from creating dashboards that query management-level financial data.
