Yes, and you can adapt the setup that same afternoon. Simply configures your workspace for the type you choose, including stages, fields and document templates. Rename a stage, add the interview round you actually use or remove a template you do not need. If you choose permanent placement, you can still run a contracting team in the same workspace.

Today, Simply takes over when someone applies: each vacancy is your workspace for the assignment, with its requirements, pipeline and incoming applications. The tool you currently use to publish vacancies continues to do that alongside Simply. Your own careers site stays where it is.

Select anonymisation when generating the document, and Simply writes it without the candidate’s name from the start. You can introduce the same candidate by name to one client and anonymously to another, with both versions dated and recorded. Merge fields respect the permissions of the person viewing or exporting the document. The candidate’s name is also removed from the filename on export.

A LinkedIn profile: name, headline, location, photo, work experience and education. Experience and education become separate records you can search. Anyone on your team can use it without admin permissions. If you captured that profile before, Simply links it to the candidate you already have.
