Does Simply handle hours and payroll too?
Simply handles recruitment: finding people, searching, presenting candidates and every conversation along the way. Hours, collective agreements and payroll stay in the system you already use for them. Every object you add gets an API endpoint, and outgoing webhooks are signed. An integration can then transfer placements to Easyflex, AFAS or your existing system.

We have several branches. Does everyone see everything?
You decide. Group people into teams and set read access for each object: all records, records owned by their team or only their own. Restricted fields, such as cost rate, date of birth and work permit, are available only to the roles you select. The same permissions apply to the API and AI.
Our workers often speak different languages. Does that matter?
Documents and CVs are generated in your chosen language, and CVs in other languages can be read into your own fields just like Dutch ones. Each person’s spoken languages are stored on their profile, so you can filter for them when a client needs a Polish-speaking supervisor, for example.
