Once you are convinced Simply is right for you and want to switch, our migration team helps you transfer your data and set up your workspace, completely free for a limited time. Importing data yourself with the CSV importer is always a free option. We still need some time from your team, roughly half a day a week.

That is what week three is for. We intentionally avoid keeping two systems running for months with a connector between them, as there is no reliable two-way sync. Two systems that are both the truth will drift apart eventually, which is why we put all our efforts in a quick and smooth transition.

Yes. It is an import in one direction: we read your export into Simply, and there is no write-back and no two-way sync with other systems.

Then you find out in week one, which is the best possible moment. Before we make an export, we sit down to define what your ideal future environment looks like. We don’t just copy a messy ATS over, we pick and choose what works best, and then import the data according to the new model.

Some reporting may break due to the migration. Many existing ATS’s use dedicated objects to track KPI’s, and these don’t always make it into an export. However, anything that is exported can then be imported, even if it requires some additional work to ensure the data fits in the new model.

Yes. Admin users are able to request to export the entire data model if they need to. For security reasons, reach out to the Simply team to request a full export so that we can evaluate that the request is legitimate.

The platform and your candidate data are hosted in the Netherlands, and the AI processing runs inside the EU as well. Bring your own provider key and the provider and the region are your choice.
