Where does the contact data come from?
From several of the largest third-party contact databases, which Simply searches in one run. Simply holds no people database of its own: enrichment adds details to a candidate or contact you already have.
What does an enrichment cost?
An email lookup costs 1 credit per contact, and a phone number lookup costs 10 credits per contact. For bulk searches and workflows, the cost also depends on which contact details you look up and for how many contacts.
Does Simply share contact details between customers?
No. Simply never shares contact details in the database of one customer with other customers, which is why Simply also doesn’t manage its own database of contact details. Whenever you enrich a contact, any contact data you find is yours to keep, and never shared by us.
Can enrichment run without me?
Yes. Add an enrichment step to a workflow, and every contact that passes through it gets a phone number and email address looked up automatically.
