First, we’ll meet to dive into your current setup, mapping your existing data model, workflows, integrations, and anything else your business needs to run. You’ll also send us an initial data export.

What actually happens on the call?

Half an hour, online. The first stretch is about how you work today, then we open the product on a vacancy of yours and show what happens to the CVs. We close on what it costs and what switching costs you in your own hours. There is no presentation.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing is required. Feel free to send us around ten CVs or other data before your demo. We will load them into Simply in advance so you can see how it works with your own data.

Yes. Send us around ten CVs or other data beforehand and we will have them ready for your demo. Once you are convinced Simply is right for you and want to switch, we help with data migration, completely free for a limited time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, fourteen days with access to the full product, and no card required. You do not need a demo to start one, but having the call first means your trial environment is set up properly from day one.

What does it cost?

Core is €79 and Professional €99 per user per month, billed yearly. AI usage and contact enrichment are billed separately. See the pricing page for plans and usage costs.

How long does migrating take?

Four weeks, with a schedule per week. Once you are convinced Simply is right for you and want to switch, our migration team helps with your data migration, completely free for a limited time. Importing data yourself with the CSV importer is always a free option. Either way we need an export from your current system and roughly half a day a week from someone who genuinely knows your current setup. One caveat: it is a one-way import, there is no sync back to your old ATS.
